Part Time CFO

If you are an experienced CFO or Controller and have a desire to help others succeed through creating financial visibility on company finances we could have an opportunity for you.

Our CFO’s typically work more flexibly than in the traditional corporate environment with 2 – 5 days per week spent with a variety of different clients. Whilst reduced hours and variation in work are often cited as benefits to the Part-Time CFO role the key feedback is the sense of satisfaction which comes from the ability to tangibly improve a client’s business.

Our clients are spread across different markets but experience of manufacturing or service industry is necessary. Additionally candidates need to be comfortable in developing analysis to provide insights which support increased return on investment to mid-market companies. A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA is preferred.

Engagements often involve all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Part Time BDO

Are you an experienced sales person who would like to help others succeed through creating financial visibility on company finances?

Our BDO’s typically work a number of engagements per week, networking to develop referral relationships with Accountancy Practices, Banks, Private Equity Firms, and potential clients. This life/work model provides flexibility not normally available in the corporate environment.

A strong business network would be a distinct advantage though not required. Understanding of the role of finance in business with the skills to easily prepare presentations and describe in detail the benefits a Part Time CFO can provide is required. The ability to develop new prospects and service their needs through the sales cycle is also necessary.

Good communication skills are needed to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until contract signature. Prior experience as an Outside Sales Executive, Sales Account Executive, or similar role is essential.
