Creating Future Opportunities
Our financial experts work from within a business, become part of your team and focus on the future to make sure its brighter. They differ from Audit & Tax Accountants who work externally and report on historic performance many months after the end of the accounting year. To use a sporting analogy, we become part of your team to help win the game rather than writing about the result when the whistle is blown.

General Questions
Audit & Tax Accountants do very important work in providing shareholders and government with assurances that the company has complied with the law for the historic period being reviewed and paid the appropriate taxes.
A Part-Time CFO is a finance expert that is concerned with how the company is performing currently and how to deliver improvements going forward. To use a sporting analogy the CFO is a player on your team delivering the goals to win the match rather than writing a report on the event which would be more akin to an Audit & Tax Accountant.

We have been delivering results to small , medium and large businesses for decades and we know when candidates are overselling themselves. This can be difficult for a non CFO to spot initially and we are frequently called to help in situations where someone has gotten in over their head. Normally we can mentor and monitor staff to provide a solution but it may be best to avoid the problem in the first instance.
Our value proposition is to provide you with a financial expert for a small fraction of the fee that such knowledge would normally command. We frequently review businesses and enhance reporting whilst reducing cost by aligning resources where they are most needed. Why have a CFO performing reconciliations or a Controller doing data input? Why not hire the appropriate skill on an as needed basis?
The simple answer is that we document everything and constantly review performance to ensure deliverables are in line with the agreed plan. Whether our financial experts have been engaged to work on specific projects or to provide ongoing business support everything is managed through our 3 P’s Model. Namely; Agree Plan, Implement Process, Measure Performance.
